Friendly Reminder

Lessee shall be responsible for all sidewalk, exterior stairway, and parking slab snow removal-Paragraph 14 of your lease. Our crew will shovel snow after the snow has stopped. Wind does still cause snow drifts after we shovel. Please have a shovel handy.
